We had a very challenging stay. We were moved four times to different rooms. The first two rooms had very noisy air conditioners, and in the third room we were awakened early in the morning by water leaking from the ceiling directly onto our bed. We had to jump out, quickly pack up, and head down to the lobby. Our final room was not the suite we had originally booked, and while the AC was also very noisy, we were so tired of moving that we just endured it—along with an uncomfortable bed and pillows. Later, the hotel did call to say a suite was available, but by then we had already settled in, and after so much disruption we were too exhausted and honestly a bit traumatized to move yet again.
On the positive side, the staff did compensate us for one night’s stay and also covered breakfast and parking, which we appreciated. However, overall the experience was stressful, and unfortunately, we would not stay here again despite the good customer service.
