Beautiful property with great, friendly staff.

Location is key!! And this hotel is located on duval st walking distance from all. It’s pet friendly which was awesome. My only suggestion would be a n the bathroom the shower head is placed in a way the entire bathroom get water everywhere. It’s a hazard!

Beautiful, remodeled hotel with a Cuban retro vibe! The decor fits perfectly on theme and it being right on Duval makes it super convenient to walk to all the near by restaurants and bars. They have $15 daily credit that can be used at any of the on site bars or cafe, and serve breakfast daily as well. The food from the restaurant was great, obviously on the pricier side, but we enjoyed our apps and entrees. Bartenders are knowledgeable and hospitable, and make great drinks! The reservation deck had hammocks we spent hours in, corn hole tables, and perfect areas to sit and lounge above the pool! The pool also has a pool bar and they provide towels. Loved this hotel and will definitely be back. Thank you La Concha!!

Easy to walk to shops, loved the made to order breakfast(all choices, oatmeal, spinach omelet, 2 eggs/sausage/potatoes, cuban toast, eggs benedict) service was excellent throughout hotel, had nice bar, refreshing lemon/lime water, bikes on site for guests to use, nice scent on first floor would have loved if scent was carried thru to upper floors, nice pool area, comfy bed& pillows, nice rain shower. Good nite, very restful sleep. Old hotel rennovated, had some musty smell on some floors, maybe from a water leak or old carpet, but would stay again, recommend to others.

Wonderful staff, charming ambience, great location - couldn't have had a better experience!

The hotel looks great after the renovation. The rooms are comfortable. The lobby, the restaurant and the bar are now one big open space. The staff is professional and friendly. Besides that, the hotel is on Duval Street.

Elevator took too long!

Property was beautiful and has a historical feel to it. Staff was wonderful from check in to check out. Pool is perfect size just needs a little more shade cover areas but otherwise great. Location is great is close to Mallory square and also close to southern most point so you can walk either way and find shops, bars and restaurants. A vehicle is not needed if you are staying at this property which I found to be fantastic. I would highly recommend staying here.

Walking distance from everything

Great location on the duval strip just a short stroll from everything. Staff is amazing very hospitable. Smiles and positive attitudes all around. The lobby is so cool with a vintage feel and the music setting a mood of a bygone era. The whole place really takes you back to the heyday of old key west. Will definitely return

All was top notch except, the toilet seat. For such a beautiful place stop with the cheap ass toilet seat

Hotel is beautiful and centrally located in the middle of Duval Street in Key West we didn't even have to move the car after we got there and that was a plus and saved us on parking. Room was very comfortable nice showers and bedding
