The whole "facilities” charge is dishonest. Would not stay there again

From beginning to end it was a pleasure! Staff were friendly and helpful. I would choose this location again.

We had a very pleasant stay! The hotel was clean (a lot cleaner than some recent ones we stayed at) and everything was updated. The restaurant food was okay. Nothing extraordinary. Hotel is close to everything and in an area that isn’t very busy at all, so you’re not waiting in traffic all day. I would stay here again.

We had an excellent stay at the Sonesta Hotel in Downtown Columbus. From the moment we arrived, the valet staff made a great impression with their friendly and professional service. Our room was enormous—much larger than we expected—and the bed was incredibly comfortable. It was the perfect combination of luxury and relaxation. We’ll definitely be back!

The hotel is located very close to the conference centre. Nice area, clean room, spacious. The staff is very friendly - thank you! Expedia VIP privilege offers a discount for valet parking. However, this discount is only valid for one day, not for the subsequent days of the entire stay. The room's TV and phone didn't work. Wish the hotel could have provided a notice to the clients at check-in. Be aware of the additional daily charges of USD 23.6/day, including $20 (Destination fee) + 1.60 (Destination State Tax) +2.00 (Destination County Tax)

The sonesta is located in a beautiful location with a parking garage that is easy to access. Beautiful clean spacious room

Internet was down but it seems it was due to a storm. Minor inconvenience as I didn’t have data on my phone or laptop for my 4 day trip I Had to go elsewhere to use wifi. Other then this everything about the room, hotel and staff was great!

Hotel accommodations couldn’t have been better. MAJOR SPOILER was the parking. Nobody can give real answer to best way to park. Convinced me I need overpriced day pass to self park my Car. Didn’t explain 24 hours starts once you sign up for pass which isn’t needed to be done until you leave the garage. End of day paid $52 plus late charge to leave the garage. Nobody at hotel can assist and pass buck to valet who then pass buck to parking garage who you can’t get in touch with a human. Again great hotel for reasonable rate but parking makes up for the low rate.
