The bed was dirty. I changed the room and the same thing happened again. I didn’t not stay.

For price was not bad . Front desk needs people better dressed and a little more knowledgeable about the hotel . Girl front way under dressed and seem to not know much . Pool was nice, room was ok but bathroom shower had big ball of hair, was lil gross like how can you missed that.

Shocked by how poorly this hotel is run and how dirty the room was. No one staffs the front desk; you have to ring a bell to get someone to come out. Poor communication by staff. She directed us to take the longest route possible to our room when she could have suggested a shortcut. We had to ask for a receipt. Most dismaying was the condition of the room - shoddy drapes that are wrinkled, dirty, and not hung properly. The "king-sized" bed was two twins, one of them sagging deeply in the middle. The sheets looked like they had been slept in by a previous guest - not fitted snugly and with hair and debris in it. The bathroom sink had hair in it and the tub was filthy. Only two bath towels and one hand towel provided. It is nearly impossible to get someone to answer the phone at this hotel. The worst experience we've ever had at a hotel.

FILTHY* from the moment you enter the lobby. dirt, cigarette butts , garbage. wallpaper peeling. rooms had dead lightbulbs in all lamps , rust in bathtub, dirty carpet . suspicious stains on bedding .dirty towels in bathroom. whole place reeks of smoke . BEWARE

I stayed at the Armani Inn in Orangeburg, NY from September 10 to 12, 2025, and it was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a hotel. I had to check out two days early because the entire building was infested with roaches. This wasn’t just a one-room issue it was clearly affecting the whole property. I have photos and videos showing the infestation. It’s shocking and disturbing that the hotel is still accepting guests knowing this is a problem. There was no warning, no offer of help, no apology nothing. Just silence while people continue to book rooms in completely unacceptable conditions. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone, and I strongly urge others to think twice before staying here.

Place was clean But… no soap or face cloths in bathroom. No usb chargers in room. No vending couldn’t just buy a bottle of water.

There were mice running the hallways at night,flies in the room,but overall i could deal with for the situation

They re take my $100 deposit two weeks I don’t see it in my account yet I don’t know what they’re waiting for

They had a gym and pool but the bed was 2 twin beds smooshed together to make a king. The bed was on the harder side, our floor was wet and the sheets had stains on them from what looked like semen and blood. If youre just looking for a quick cheap rest then ok but i would not go back there again.

Place was horrible filthy stained sheets noisy could barely sleep due to loud noises very big inconvenience and worst of all gott bitten by bedbugs not expecting to be back ever again

Avoid this place if you can! There was a big roach in the bathroom, there was a piece of bug in the bed, the floors are full of stains, the halls had people's food debris (no doubt contributing to the roach population) and things that looked like they had been thrown out of a room, and the assigned room was far, far from the front entrance. Maybe because I booked through a 3rd party, they put me in the worst section? But I couldn't stay in that place, and left immediately after seeing the condition of the room. The front desk person was nice enough and didn't seem surprised, but also didn't offer a better room. Disappointing, to say the least. (I left so quickly I didn't even take photos. I wanted out!) Also, the parking lot is full of gigantic potholes. Yikes!

Had to change rooms due to busted wall that wouldnt allow the door to open. AC was stuck on heat, the room had a foul smell, the towels felt sticky and the hallways were noisy at night, hard to sleep. I think people were living there. Strong smell of Marijuana everywhere, even in a non smoking hotel. Multiple people loitering in the lobby and outside the front entrance, loud and swearing. The whole experience was unsettling. If it hadnt been so late at night we would have went somewhere else. We were also charged an undisclosed $100 fee even though we had already paid online. Do not recommend this place, keep driving!

My door didn’t latch properly and my toilet was clogged the entire last night. There was no staff like at all I saw one single employee while there for 4 days.
