Disappointed that there was no shuttle available when we arrived. Cost us $35 plus tip for taxi. Check in staff apologized and gave us a room upgrade and a breakfast voucher. We choose this hotel because of the advertised shuttle as we could not get our rental car until morning. Great shuttle driver in the morning.

It's a really nice hotel. Lots of unusual and appreciated features for traveling families including the pools, arcade, game room and more. Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful - terrific service.

Hotel was clean and great location, near the highway. Friendly staff and big facility. Suite room is huge and very accommodating.

People working there are nice and helpful. Old outdated place. The pool inside and out very grimy. Tub sink was bad. Dirty and outdated. I don’t understand these past reviews.

Staff was very helpful and accommodating. Quick & easy check in with no wait. Hotel is kid friendly with plenty of onsite activities. Hershey Park is only 20 minutes away, outlets 10 minutes away. Rooms could use some modernizing but otherwise no complaints. Would highly recommend.

Although we stayed only 1 night , it was very clean. Everyone was friendly and the breakfast was delicious

Great property we come here every year

Rooms were run down. Hotel was very busy and noisy. And woke up with bed bug bites. Left early because we felt completely disgusted. Our friends also staying in this hotel found a mouse on their Bed. Stay away.

Comfy bed air conditioner broken cold but leaked all over the floor could use an update and become more profitable

The hotel is an old one. It’s in desperate need of renovations. The bathrooms were the worst part with mold in my bathroom and the caulking looked like it was done by a 5 year old.
