The staff could have cleaned a little better on the one day i requested room service. I had to ask for toilet paper because they leave an extra one.

Its an amazing hotel

We checked in early without an up charge. Front desk was welcoming and efficient. The room was clean and good size. Bathroom clean with plenty of towels. I would stay there again.

Clean, nice, no issues

We had a great stay! We were there to visit the San Diego Zoo and Sea World. Both places were just a 15 minute drive. The hotel is in a quiet and safe neighborhood, more on the outskirts and not in a centrally located area but we were ok with that. Everything we needed/wanted was just a short drive away. The staff were very friendly and attentive. The rooms were a good size and very clean.

Odd smell in bathroom. Maybe from the drain in the floor

We paid for breakfast but they didn’t give tickets til we requested next day.
