I booked my trip on 6/5/25 and arrived on my flight 7/4/25 for vacation. I booked a hotel for Holiday Inn. When I walked inside I was told the Holiday Inn no longer exist there and that they are Wyndham now. Well, they did not have a room for me but somebody has my money. I was told to contact IHG/Holiday Inn. They refused to refund my money for a hotel that does not exist anymore. I paid my money and I had to ride around in city that I am not familiar with to find a hotel. I road around for quite some time before I located one that had rooms available to accommodate the length of stay I need for myself and my family. So I had to pay money all over again because somebody has my money from a booking I already paid for but the business does not exist anymore.
