app provides a bad experience in terms of providing an experience at this hotel. not the hotel but the app. not according to what is stated in the application. the message has been paid much more expensive only returned half. have discussed with @cs but did not produce results. thank you. hopefully others are not like me. and in the future hopefully it will not be like this again.

The check in time exactly 3 pm, but we enjoyed really enjoyed our stay. All is good.
