Great area. Lovely staff

Very Good hotel

Perfectly located in the hear of Venice. 5 minutes walking distance to main attractions in Venice (San Marco). Authentic rooms add a charm to the experience in Venice. The breakfastis good but very basic (limited options). The only inconvenience is that it is difficult to reach from the train station (water taxis/shuttles are so expensive, and Vaporetto service is terrible (very crowded) .. but these are not related specifically to the hotel but the whole San Marco area..

Old and outdated

Bathroom smells so bad,it was clean but still smells,could not sleep,they changed our room

The hotel room smelled so bad. It was a mix of old carpet and old curtains and mist. It gave us allergies. The breakfast was not a 4 stars breakfast, very few options.

Always stay at the Kette when visiting Venice. Very comfortable hotel in a very central area but always quiet at night. Water taxi has direct access at rear of hotel making transfer from Marco Polo airport very easy. Only bed and breakfast offered but surrounded by great restaurants. Always found the staff very friendly and helpful. Only problem is keeping my wife out of the designer shops around the hotel!

It was located in a great area for our excursions, the staff were extremely helpful and courteous. Breakfast was outstanding, we loved our stay.

Good location in a nice area close to high end stores if you like luxury shopping.

The location was very close to San Marco, which meant the restaurants and shopping were touristy. It’s also close to the San Marco Vaparetto dock, so take the Vaparetto ferry from the train station and enjoy the views on the Grand Canal. There’s no need to take a €60 water taxi. The hotel is very nice, with breakfast included. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Our room was spacious, clean and quiet.

Nice hotel in a nice area. Easily accessible. My only criticism is that they don’t provide free water bottles for guests.

Staff was great, had to walk for lunch,drinks, etc. perfect location

Check in was quick, staff multi-lingual and friendly and our room was ready when we got there. Room was clean and nicely appointed and except for some open wallpaper seams which isn't surprising given the amount of moisture in the air, the room more than met our needs. Located near the piazza di San Marco, we were able to easily access all the spots we wanted to see. Breakfast was nicely set out. We would definitely stay again.

I enjoyed this hotel which offered a free breakfast in the morning. The staff were responsive and addressed any questions as were the dining staff. Our room was clean, the bed was not as comfortable as I would like but sufficed. All main tourist areas are within walking distance of this hotel and I would certainly entertain staying at this establishment again in the future.

Great location. Great service

Kette Hotel is an excellent property, beautiful, safe and great location. The staff are all very friendly and professional. Their quality of service and response to questions both online and in person is excellent. Their willingness to schedule and reserve private transfers from the cruise ship terminal in Trieste and to the Marco Polo Airport were much appreciated. We have stayed here several times and will again on our next visit to Venice.
