Everything was good but when I arrived I had a woman come up to me asking for money that I didn’t like. The staff was very nice

Our room the bathroom fan kept us up at night. It was so loud when we turned it on the shower. We had to wait 5 to 10 minutes for hot water. The shower floor is so slippery. I had to hang onto the walls and the shower also leaked. The bed was very uncomfortable. We will not be staying there again.

Clean & comfortable

The hotel was very clean and updated. There was plenty of free parking. The hotel is located just across from a shopping center with a Publix and other stores and restaurants. It's also very close to UofF and Shands.

For an over night stay it was good. Very close to highway. Would stay here again.

The only issue we have is while taking a shower the warm water alternated with cold water & the shower floor was slippery - had to really be aware. We were disappointed that the outdoor fireplace was ‘broken down’ but understood.

I was upset to see my bill. I purchased a bottle of wine....small, two glasses and they added a " room fee" of 37.00. Tatal was almost 60.00 for 2 glasses of wine. Wont go back for this reason.
