The room was clean and staff was friendly. Could use better lighting and an area for grooming.

I did not stay or check in, due to family emergency n they stole my money anyway. Woke up to a full charge after not staying there and canceling. They won’t refund my money.

Overall clean hotel. The pillow case had stains on them. The staff corrected the problem in a timely manner. Other than that, we will try them out again

The front desk lady who check us seemed like she was very unhappy and just wanted to be left alone. They don’t do early check in either. Even tried calling 2 days prior but couldn’t give me a for sure answer until the day I arrived. And it turned out to be a no.

We asked for towels and they never showed up. Someone messed with our driver side door handle. Breakfast not included.

We were there for a concert at Globe Life Field. Four Points was very convenient with quick access to the highway / interstate. The lobby was always clean and smelled great. Check-in was quick with complimentary waters. The room was also clean. The only minor issue was not enough linens, but the front desk quickly resolved that for us. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Off season, so not too busy. Rooms on the second floor had vaulted ceilings, noise did echo a bit, but just from our room. Stayed for a Rangers game and were surprised by a free shuttle to and from the game. Rooms were clean and spacious. Hotel staff were very friendly.

The bed wasn’t comfortable and the bedding was dirty! The staff interactions were slightly rude.
