The room was clean and the air conditioner was good 👍. Someone please let the girl who checked us in know that she's in the customer service industry. She was very rude and seemed to be put off by having to check us in. Never had customer service that bad in my 60 years of being alive .

We enjoyed our stay at the Motel 6. This was my first experience with a motel (as opposed to a hotel) and I would have to say it was perfectly adequate. The rooms are updated and the parking is gated. Very walkable location. Pet friendly. Staff was excellent and very nice.

This was a last minute booking to be able to stay close to downtown and it turned out great. I had no issues whatsoever and would stay here again for sure!

The hotel was extremely noisy—it was located right next to the highway, and my room door faced an ice machine that ran constantly, making it impossible to sleep at night. To make matters worse, there was a persistent smell of marijuana wafting into the room. I asked the front desk to change rooms for the remaining two nights, but the staff was uncooperative and completely unwilling to help solve any of these problems. Their attitude was unacceptable, and I will definitely not be staying here again!

Nice staff, down for convention, close to what i needed.

Had family member at hospital. Convenient to walk to. Only issue was homeless people everywhere between there and hospital. Hotel was safe and clean. Staff was extremely friendly and accommodating.

This was a fantastic place to stay! Very good value for money and convenient parking. I would have given 5 stars, but the elevator was out of order and walking up all those stairs was a bit much with a lot of coming and going! The rooms were comfortable and clean, though, and the staff was friendly. I would definitely stay here again.
