Hotel was under construction and did not notify clients of this fact. Lots of dust and plastic coverings on everything. My room needed remodeling. Popcorn ceiling was peeling everywhere and water stains on most of the walls. No comparable room was available. Very disappointing. Also, their suite had microwave and coffee maker refrigerator but no plastic ware or napkins. Furniture was very old as well.

My room key quit working 3 times, so we had to go back to the front desk to get new keys each time. The hotel is in the process of remodeling and our room hasn’t been renovated yet and it was in pretty sad shape. I felt like it was overpriced for the shape it was in. Otherwise the staff was friendly and our room overlooked the airport runway so my grandson enjoyed seeing the airplanes.

In town for a softball tourney and to charge almost $400 for a double room at this place is criminal. Old and outdated and currently under construction,! And did I mention it’s also next to the airport? Ice machine looked like it’s from the 80’s, which matches the overall feel of the place. Won’t be returning there or any Raddison in the future.

Didn't know it was being remodeled when we booked. Mold in the bathroom. Carpet dirty in room. Phone wasn't connected. Restaurant and bar were gone. Too high of a cost for what we got.

Booked at this for the convenience of being by the softball fields and this is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. It is under renovation so hopefully that will involve fixing the rooms. The carpet was stained and disgusting and ripped. Very out of date and gross. Modern amenities that you get at most hotels like breakfast or convenience area to buy snacks or items. Will probably never stay here again. If there were other hotels with availability in the area I would have left.

Do not stay at this property until renovated rooms are available. Excessively stained carpet throughout the room, ac/heat not powered and hanging out of wall, lamp shades torn and mini-fridge lukewarm at best…it was a mess. Renovation underway but would NOT stay here again until current project completed. Not Radisson or even a Holiday Inn in current state.

I’m writing to express my disappointment with the check-in experience during my recent stay. After driving over four hours to reach the hotel, I was told at the front desk that my room wasn’t ready and I would need to wait until around 3:30 PM. I was also reminded that check-in time is 3:00 PM, and that I had arrived 30 minutes early. I asked if the room would be ready at 3:00, and was told it still wouldn’t be. I completely understand that early check-in is not always possible. However, I was surprised that the room wasn’t ready even by the official check-in time. It felt unfair that I wasn’t allowed to check in early, yet still had to wait beyond 3:00 due to delays on your side. What made the experience worse was the attitude of a male staff member, who appeared to be a manager. After hearing my concern, he told me, “You can cancel your reservation.” I explained that I had booked a four-night stay and had no intention of canceling. He responded, “Then you’ll have to wait. Leave your number and we’ll call you.” I received that call at 3:30. The issue wasn’t the 30-minute delay—it was the lack of empathy and professionalism. After a long drive and booking multiple nights, I expected more courtesy and respect. I hope you will take this feedback seriously and improve your service and staff communication.

The hotel is under construction and the room had a lot of wear and tear. It used to be an ok hotel but it’s really gone downhill. Carpet stains, wallpaper peeling, and a sketchy extension cord hanging behind the coffee maker that kept getting stuck in the bathroom door were some highlights. They shouldn’t be charging $250/night for a place in this condition. Highlight is that it’s across the street from the ymca.
