This property was not at all like the ratings on Expedia. The price was good, but nothing else. The hot tub had been closed for a long time, and the pool was not at all like the pictures on Expedia. Windows were dirty, and the breakfast was limited. It is a good location for events in Sioux Falls.

Horrible! Paper thin walls, people constantly slamming doors, loud voices through out the night, loud beeping and slamming of something out in the hall.

Reserved a non smoking room and it smelled terrible of smoke. Overall the room was dirty and the bed was hard and uncomfortable. The only plus side was that the lady at the front desk was very nice.

The pool was really cold. The area around was in poor condition. Hot tub out of order. Room was okay.

Rooms smelled like smoke

Arrived, check in went good. Went to room, ac worked. Bed top, dirty full of stains, rest of blankets not dirty. Called front desk, just brought one new blanket to resolve, still felt dirty. Laid down, one side of the bed sank so bed and other side was stiff. We always bring our own pillows. Bad toilet paper and cleenex. Surrounding area was gas station Casio with "ruffians" around, seemed pretty sketchy. Workers weren't rude or anything though

A lot of homeless and druggy congregation.

The price was great but there was no hot breakfast unfortunately and room carpets were dirty, it was noisy but we just needed a quick place to sleep for a night and it worked for us.

Air conditioning did not work room was super hot

The bed was comfortable, that is the only nice thing I can say. My key didn’t work multiple times, the shampoo and conditioner were empty, the shower didn’t have a handle to close the door, the bathroom door moved like it would fall off the track, the room smelt so moldy when we came in, everything was very dated

Changed reservations to this hotel due to hot tub .. disappointed it was broken. Hotel needs some me TLC

I have stayed in many Sleep Inns pleasantly. This place should be condemned! I have pictures of everything from filthy dirty carpets and bathrooms,to black mold everywhere in the shower and on the walls and ceiling. Little flies coming out of the sink. Air conditioning that didn’t work- just blew hot air. I will be contacting Choice hotels and reporting this. I have never seen anything even close to this. What a disgrace to Sleep Inn!

The sheets had stains it smelt musty there was a casino across from doorway with people hanging out we did not stay here we went somewhere else was still charged not recommended for anyone worst room I have ever seen not happy at all

Breakfast was great

Always like staying at this property. Staff very nice.

Dirty bathroom: the toilet was not cleaned, shower had hair in the drain and on the walls. Dirty bed: stains on bed spread. Dirty carpet: stains and something smashed into the carpet. Holes/tears in the blackout curtains. Homeless people hanging around the outside of property; couldn't pull into the porte-cochere because there were loitering people congregated in the driveway. Dirty lobby bathroom It's really my fault...what did I expect for the price...duh

It was a good, cheap place to stay, breakfast was good. The building was a little bit older and in need of repairs but didn't affect the function or comfort of the room.
