The staff were friendly and quick to respond. When I called to confirm our stay, my call was answered promptly. The breakfast was great, with a variety of options, and I was able to enjoy my meal without feeling rushed. The food tasted good, and a staff member ensured there was always enough available. We used the futon bed, which could use an update. Overall, I had an enjoyable experience at the place.

I’ve stayed at a few Hyatts and this one as probably one of the worse. The room felt dingy and dirty. We saw stains on the sheets, which we removed. The AC unit plug was definitely not to code. There was an unattached outlet. I had a little one who ran around and was not pleased with an exposed plug. Shower plug was out. Overall just not a great experience l, but a roof over our heads at night.

The beds were surprisingly comfortable! The room was clean and smelled great. Nice pool! Will definitely be returning

The staff! The staff was excellent, especially Yolanda! The rooms were great, except for the size of the bathroom. The bathroom was way too small. Other than that, everything else was great. The breakfast could have been a bit upgraded, but it was okay

I paid in advance but when I reached the reception, I was told that the selected room is not available as they are overbooked. They also stated the upper management is always doing this and the people at the reception have to face the guest. I was provided a different room that was not similar to what I had paid for. There is no surety even with advance booking, advance full payment that you will get the room you have paid for.

The hotel overbooked and gave us a single-bed room instead of the two-bed room we reserved. The environment was very noisy, with unsupervised children and large groups of young athletes and their families. The rating on Expedia felt misleading; I would not have booked had I known. Additionally, the bathroom was extremely small, the door couldn’t close without hitting the toilet, making it difficult to navigate and unsuitable for elderly guests.

Easy check in. Big parking lot. Our room had big red stain on a carpet. I would say that those rooms need some updates. The furniture was little beat up. Breakfast was okay.

Would recommend staying here again.
