It was a nice cheaper option to still be by the water, without paying as much to stay further up

Old place. Needs updating. I am small person. 4’10. 120lbs. Bathroom and shower stall so small, it was hard for me to fit in and take a shower. Staff good, helpful. Location good, walking distance to falls and Clifton Hills. I think because off season restaurant not open, only breakfast. Stayed 9/8-9/11.

Somehow outdated.

Room was perfect for 5 people, a little outdated but still perfect for the one night stay we needed. Very affordable and great stay. Very comfortable and easy. Would stay again.

The hot tub was very clean

Pool, clean rooms, friendly staff, love the buffet breakfast (extra charge)

The hotel itself was great. My car was broken into over night. Desk clerk said mine was the 5th in the past few nights. She said the manager would file a police report and contact me.

Excellent stay, close to American and Canada border and you can walk across the bridge. Great place if you want to take the boat ride, we had amazing time

Lovely view and location

To be fair, we got what we paid for. The hotel and rooms haven't been renovated for a long time... Not necessarily dirty but nothing close to 4*. Very low price, and we were looking for 3 queen bed which were very confortable, also we had a huge balcony with a nice view on rainbow bridge and could see the falls far away. Close to all attraction and restaurants. If looking for a cheap deal, with 3 beds walking distance from everything and not looking for a luxury getaway... It's perfect 😅

Great balcony and view, easily walkable to all the attractions.

No Microwave - if you are planning to visit with your babies or kids they don’t have microwave to boil the milk or to warm the food. No kettle. It took 20 min walk to reach the Niagara city cruise. The room was clean and neat.

The hotel has a real '70s' feel to it which for the single night we stayed was quite fun, but think for longer stays might have got a bit grating. Room was clean, with ample and cheap car parking. You're a 10/15 minute walk from the falls, and with a balcony room. Can see the American falls, albeit at a an angle and with the rainbow bridge slightly blocking your view in between

The only problem was the A/C, too much noise.
