Friendly staff. Very close to airport terminal. Busess goes to city center. And glasgow is a lively city with so many redtaurants ans pubs.loved the experience

Late check in from late flight into Glasgow. Room service options were very limited for refreshments. Vending facilities wood be a good enhancement.

The staff are your greatest asset. They were mostly friendly, helpful and courteous. On my early departure I enquired about tap water and was told no one and none was available. The room was tired and had 1980’s bathroom and a hot towel rail that didn’t function. Skirting was missing next to the dressing table. The menu was poor and the food presented; a feather blade steak, presented in a soup plate. The mash was soggy and the jus had no taste. Veg was a mix of undercooked carrots and stewed green beans. At least 3 of the ice cream selections were unavailable. A black walled dining room with dark brown, wooden tables simply added to the gloom of the experience. A pity because I have stayed at other Holiday Inns and thought I had identified a good product. Again thanks to the check and restaurant staff. Disappointed on the response on the check out member where, little effort could have resolved a request for water which, was for medication. I could see lights on in the kitchen area.

Cleaning staff where extremely mean with the toilet paper

We stayed in room 212 and the windows are in terrible condition i.e. broken handle, gaps in the seals, do not close properly. As a result we were kept awake by the wind literally whistling through the window seals. Also the smallest rundown bathroom I've ever been sold as a king bed room. Bad experience won't be back and will relay to friends traveling to Glasgow not to use the property.

Great location but rooms a big disappointment. In need of serious upgrades. Very few outlets, mattresses way too soft, bathrooms tired. Additional pillows were mildewed so could not use.

Good location, staff were pleasant and excellent for early morning flights.

Good sleep with a comfortable bed. Good Internet overall a good stay at a fair price.

Food at the restaurant and staff were good. Hotel building itself is in bad shape. Needs updating. Carpets have duct tape holding them together. Needs refreshing badly.
