Mold on bathroom ceiling, room was musty, broken doors and main entry to room didn’t lock very well.

Room was clean. Staff was accommodating. Close to shopping and restaurants. Short distance to FT Lauderdale beach. Especially liked the happy hour at the bar in the hitel

In the middle of everything

Loved the location, right on the main shopping and dining street, next to the river where the boat leaves from to do the 'houses of the wealthy' tour (not named that, but that is what it is). Lovely staff, large room, comfy bed.

Fantastic location and surprisingly quiet with the all the fun and activities right outside the doorstep. The first floor hallway had a strong musty smell but our room, on the third floor, was great. Very clean and a lot of space.

Staff was nice

My overnight stay was short but enjoyable. I notified staff that i noticed ants in my room and was immediately accomadated.

Old building. Got extremely sick while staying there. Dust and mold. Wifi never worked

Hotel is in ideal location within walking distance to downtown. The hotel is older, and the ceiling above the shower is starting to flake. You have to pay for parking, would be nice if parking was cheaper for hotel guests. Staff was great. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

This is where we prefer to stay each time we are in Fort Lauderdale. Perfectly convenient between FLL and FXE.

Love my stay, staff is always helpful and very friendly. I visit Fort Lauderdale every year at least twice and have tried other Hotels and Riverside will always be my go to.

nice property, but noisy from building work going on, car park charges seem expensive on top of the price of the stay, rooms were nice and comfortable, but we werent even given complimentary water on arrival, typical hotel everything is chargeable, did enjoy the staff around the bar at the Riverside shout out to Gabriel who was excellent. Pool temperature needs looking at, far too warm
