Bad organizing and staff there was lazy and more into their phones etc.cleaning lady was good at her work and girl that was in reception who welcome us was amazing.

Air conditionen gav ingen effekt så det var jättevarmt på rummet. Även på natten när det endast var 17 grader ute så var det cirka 27 grader inomhus. Då vi valde det här hotellet just pga AC så blev vi väldigt besvikna. Allt övrigt var verkligen toppen. Jättebra frukost!

Nothing specific

Just stayed for one night but it was very comfortable, the restaurant was excellent and the young man on reception went above and beyond in his assistance for which I am very grateful. The hotel is perfectly located to explore the centre of Lulea and having the parking there makes it very easy. Will definitely use again.

Enjoyed the hotel. Breakfast was super good!!

The rooms and the hotel overall were nice, not at all worn out. The spa closed early so I never got a chance to try it and the gym was okay for a hotel. Only tried the breakfast and it was good. What I found bad was the cleaning, tissues and toilet paper ran out. No one ever came to clean the room or refill supplies.

Städningen var inte bra. Vid incheckningen fanns skräp på golvet som fortfarande fanns kvar 3 dagar senare. Oklarheter om hotellräkningen vid utcheckning. Blev debiterad dubbelt. Blev dock löst. Många hotell har kaffemaskin vid frukost. Här kostade en cappuccino 42;- extra

Great hotel, attentive staff and great location!

Nice room and atmosphere but really bad cleaning.

Amazing breakfast! Only thing that drags the score down is the fact that there weren’t any bathrobes accessible for the spa. I saw others use them but they weren’t in the spa nor on the room. How to get them? Perhaps put up a sign?

Det överlag bra. Trevlig och fint. Hade kanske önskat få ett Hej lite oftare och frukosten var ok, men inte mer än så.

Vi har bott på hotell Savoy flera gånger. Trevligt hotell som ligger centralt i Luleå. Trevlig personal. Trevligt med spa och god frukost. Minus är sängarna. Madrasserna glider iväg. Hårda kuddar. Skulle oxå önska att ni ställer fram handsprit vid frukost buffén

Filled the need, nice and clean but simple.

I like the atmosphere and that the whole hotel feels so fresh! Love the breakfast buffét which contains things that are rare for bufféts. But, since I think about the environment and choose to only have room cleaning one day during my stay. But this time I think that the bathroom cleaning was sloppy made and not thourough. Else everything was perfectly cleaned!

Nice and clean hotel. Unfortunately the breakfast was so crowded and almost everything ran out even the plates and cups!
