Lobby and breakfast

The property presents itself online one way, and then when you see it, it's not only outdated, it's very worn out. The air conditioning does not work as it should. Our thermostat read 17, and it really, truly never got below 25.. The staff was wonderful but the hotel definitely needs a tremendous overhaul

The hotel looked clean and appealing upon entrance, and the staff was very friendly and efficient. They are in the middle of upgrading all their rooms, but did not hear anything to do with construction. The room was clean and spacious albeit the furniture and counters were very worn. Around the outside of the hotel towards the bus station there were lots of homeless hanging around. And the area was very dirty.

Very good stay. Room spacious with a view. Travelled by car and the hotel was easy to find with a public parking garage right next to the hotel. Good cycling options around the hotel so easy to ride to the beaches through the lovely park.

Very clean and convenient for access to the centre. Hernando and the team at the from desk were extremely friendly and helpful.

Hotel location is great. Staff were great. Old rooms and furniture. Pool is not heated so didn’t use on the whole of our 4 day trip.

Close to bus station and turia metro

Overall we enjoyed our stay, which was for 7 days. The hotel was clean, the staff were friendly and mostly helpful. A few amenities like the kettle were a little worn but not bad. The roof terrace was nice to have although we didn’t get to use the sauna as you need to inform the staff ahead of time to use it. Location-wise the hotel was next to a busy road, but equally a quick walk to Valencia’s park and old town, which was very convenient. It’s a shame there weren’t many vegan options in the restaurant, which seemed to literally be a plate of grilled vegetables (a vegan burger was available from the hotel bar, though). The breakfast was absurdly expensive being around €18 each per day (you can get it cheaper by booking in advance, but then you have to book for all days of your stay, which we didn’t want to do). I’d recommend this hotel but I’d make sure you weigh up its location with what you want to do and see in the city.
