Beautiful beautiful Helsinki and this nice hotel across from Stockmann and the bookstore ❤️❤️

Wonderful hotel and close to all main sites.

The hotel was not toooo bad but the customer service very poor, they ain’t give me minibar info they charge view items I thought is free although they send it to me a bill with fine scammers!

Excellent hotel. I had a city view hotel overlooking Stockmanns but the bedroom was very quiet. Great location, all main sights are walkable. Staff very helpful.

Loved the Grand room with King bed but would recommend to tie the separate beds together and use a king bed topper when the customers have specifically booked a king bed. The room was quiet and spacious with a lovely view to the street. Very comfortable and stylish bathroom. Minibar with glasses, safe, kettle, bathrobes and ironing board all great!

Very noisy. Room 815 you can hear the elevator all night. Room is also too hot and aircon didn't work.

The pros: the quality of food at breakfast is very good for self-serve, buffet style standards. Reception Staff/check-in is friendly. The cons: non-existent room cleaning, even when you request it.

Amazing breakfast, lovely room, super clean, great location close to centre of Helsinki. Tram station straight outside, 10 min walk fro main station. Will be vision Helsinki in the winter and will stay here again….

Shower in room had bad design- water everywhere and oblivious hotel knew about. Reception luggage storage was just a room - on your own responsibility. Fair value for € but what keeps them fixing obvious issue? Also - access to Yrjönkatu rooms was complicated including 2 elevators. Not great with luggage

Comfy room.

Our room was on the second floor of the back older building, which turned out to be on the ground floor (the second building is a convoluted journey up a lift, across a footbridge into a second building). Be aware there is a nightclub out back which is open till 4am Wed-Sat and you can hear the music from the room. There was a greasy food mark on the floor of our room when we checked in which I reported to the reception and it took them two days with a reminder to get it cleaned properly. This all being said, it's a centrally located hotel, the beds are comfortable and the blackout curtains are good (a necessity in a Finnish summer!).

We had issue with air conditioning in first room, and we were shuffled to another room on the street side. Motorcycles loud, but quieted down. Beds were comfortable and amenities ok!
