The only complaints I would have would be your shuttle bus. Needs to be upgraded. Seats very worn. Not a good first impression. Also rooms facing the highway should have more soundproofing.

The only thing I can say is that I wish we would have read about the orange van we ended up at the wrong hotel from the airport

Hospitality, great room and location is perfect

The hotel shuttle from the airport will only take you from the airport to one of the Hampton Inn hotels. The shuttles are identical and if you get on the wrong one, you end up at the wrong Hampton Inn and they are required to take you back to the airport. The two Hampton Inns are 20 minutes apart, but this mistake cost our group almost 2 hours. The hotel was functional and typical for Hampton Inn. The desk staff were rude and uninterested in performing their job.

No housekeeping one day

Very ho hum hotel. Nothing special - the rooms are small and we didn’t get new towels for a 3 day stay.

Clean and friendly staff

Very nice staff, friendly, professional. Hampton Inn delivers as usual. Clean, spacious room, lots of goodies, snacks, drinks available for purchase downstairs.

The only complaint I have is the lack of gas stations or corner stores AND how far it was from New Jersey Penn Station. The hotel was nice, quiet and the staff was friendly.

The hotel was fine for what it was: a place to sleep during an unexpected layover in Newark. It was mostly clean and comfortable enough. The breakfast was adequate, but nothing special. I appreciated the hotel transport back to the airport - it leaves every 30 minutes on the half hour. Hotel was clean enough, albeit starting to show some wear and tear. That all being said, it is a little over valued for what you get. There are few amenities and no onsite dining options, and no restaurants close by. Ordering in is your only option. In summary, this is an adequate place to stay when you just need a place to sleep, between flights.

My flight was canceled out of Newark, which required me to find a hotel room for the night. The staff was professional and helpful. The property was clean and the beds comfortable. The hotel shuttle was fast and reliable. Breakfast was delicious. I only have positive things to say about this Hampton location. I would gladly stay again.

Excellent service and easy access

Stayed here before. Excellent room; actually a suite. Very comfortable and spacious. Strong, safe shower. Streaming TV easily available. Great breakfast with bananas, Cheerios with available non-dairy milk, western omelets, potatoes, meat. Airport shuttle available. Sandwiches in the sundry shop.
