Lovely relaxing place, friendly staff

Reception staff were fine, housekeeping was rubbish and for the whole two nights the hotel had no hot water. We were out during the day when I was advised there was some hot water. When we arrived and when we left and the times we were in the hotel, there wasn’t even a trickle of hot water. Booked for two nights received no replacement of tea or coffee in my room for the second day. Very uncomfortable pillows and a bathroom that came out of the 1980s.

The environment was clean, lobby staff very courteous

Good hotel. Used it only for short stay

Not a very welcoming hotel .... during check-in 3 people behind the desk and no other customers but none of the staff interested in helping or greeting me (completely ignoring me), nobody at the breakfast and nobody again during check-out (so eventually I gave up and put the room-card in the box). Room was clean. Breakfast simple/OK. Will stay again but staff needs some customer training.

We staying this accommodation so often but this time TV in the room doesn’t work (I thought renovations have been done) Light in toilet doesn’t work… A bit dissappinted

Didn’t like the hotel, also for the price it’s not good. Old, dirty and the location is not good. We paid €200 for a night, but was more worth €100 for a night. Renew it or something

I was charged for 2 breakfast and it's only 1 i needed, the receptionist said the manager is on holiday so my refund is going to take up to 2 weeks to process but taking my money by mistake is not an issue

Very simple business hotel. Very nice staff. Good restaurant for the price point for breakfast and dinner.

Pretty standard European hotel. Small. Bed was hard. They did have a very small refrigerator in the room. Pretty usual stuff. Good hotel for the money. Clean.

Our family spent one night only in this Hotel but Novotel Antwerp fully met our expectations. Although the place itself was a little bit outdated, the bed was comfy and the room clean. The highlight of our stay came the following morning when we received the Service from Driss, F&B attendant. His people skills, warm welcoming attitude and overall attention to details were exceptional. Driss, one more time I take this opportunity to express gratitude of our family for making our day with Novotel unforgettable. You are the real asset to that place.

We really enjoyed our overnight stay. The reception staff were lovely. Same for the restaurant and bar staff, all very helpful and attentive. The room was comfortable and the bathroom was great.. Plenty parking too.

Second time staying here. Overall i think iit is a good hotel. Breakfast is very overpriced for the limited choices.

We only stayed over night as a stop off. Having read other reviews i wasn’t sure what we would find. However we couldn't find fault. The room was clean and i liked the fact it had a separate internal door which made it really quiet. Bed was comfy the sofa bed not so comfy but ok. The kid's loved the pool. Which had towels available to use. Breakfast was busy but great. Staff were friendly. Would definitely use again if in that area.
