Very good hotel but out in the middle of nowhere. Have to walk 20 minutes to train stations.Bus is the way to go.There is a stop opposite the hotel.

Am Hotel selber ist nichts zu bemängeln. Wegen der Lage an der Autobahn ist jedoch sowohl im Zimmer als auch in den Schulungsräumen ständiger Verkehrslärm.

Came for Octoberfest and found this hotel to be reasonably priced. Located further from the city center but the public transportation in Munich is top notch and we were only minutes to the nearest metro station with a bus stop right in front of the hotel. The location itself was in a more residential neighborhood so very quiet and peaceful. The size of our room was bigger than most hotels that are closer to the city center which was another factor for our decision. Hotel staff were super friendly and all spoke perfect English so communication was a breeze. Highly recommend!

Very good and comfortable hotel. However, there are no restaurants or shops nearby which makes it inconvenient. You pretty much have to use the hotel restaurant only. The metro is about 10 minutes walking distance.

Everything for us was great! Out of town but we had a car!! Would stay again!!

The hotel room offered little. The fridge had nothing in it and broken handles. There was a small convenience store in the lobby for drinks and snacks. The front desk person who checked us in was very friendly and helpful, but the gentleman who came on shift after was not so pleasant.

The hotel failed to inform that there was construction renovation in the hotel At first they were not willing to move us to another room ! We asked for a cancellation and refund which they would not agree to! Finally they moved us to a much smaller room, lower category , but refused to adjust the room rate The safe inside the room was not working , there was no remote control for the TV, no bottled water ! Overall horrible experience! Do not recommend NH hotels ! zero customer service and the staff was horrible ! It was as if I was asking for something totally absurd ! To be able to have a room with no construction work next door !

Overpriced. Very unkept property. No pride in it. Smells moldy. Showers had mold. Dirty.

We came from the USA for the funeral of my mom and I booked 3 rooms. Very disappointing. The rooms were dirty and had cockroaches, the AC units didn’t work and the beds were very uncomfortable. Didn’t want to touch the hair dryer, because it was so dirty and sticky. Wouldn’t stay there again. Not recommended!!!

comfortable bed. easy to get snacks in the lobby. right next to a bus stop. would like hotel to be able to email instructions to people coming from airport.
