Washroom shower was bad, front staff was not very responsive and most of the time no one was available at front desk

Awesome let me park my truxk and trailer right out front any issue i had was handled swiftly. Will stay again. Pool area definitely needs an upgrade

We had a fantastic weekend at the Embassy Suites Georgetown. The staff were super helpful and went out of their way to help.

Everyone was beyond friendly and kind. They went above and beyond to help accommodate our allergies. The whole place was impeccably clean. The quality of the food and drinks were beyond expectations.

This hotel reminds me a fresh garden with best breakfast options I've ever met in US and friendly personal.

The hotel location is great and the breakfast is awesome. However, be cautious when booking via Expedia as its not very clear that there is a destination fee which is added per night and it basically means you are paying $25 extra mandatory for hotel and have to use it for ordering dinner or snacks or lose $25, which is why the rating is 3/5 instead of 5/5

I was diappointed with some aspects of the stay: ●The air conditioner never got cool enough although it did go down 2 degrees when maintenance came to reset it ●KEYS HAD TO BE RESET 3 TIMES ●PARKING FEE: $48 (They gave me a "break"‐‐—its "normally" $75) 😞 Seriously?? ●Pools is much smaller ● 2 Hotels in the same building . Higher floors are MUCH BETTER ●DESTINATION CHARGE $25 (BS) NONE OF THE CHARGES DID HOTELS.COM made me aware. Be leary of booking with this APP. Better to call yourself or book directly with the property ☆☆☆Pros ☆Good location ☆Breakfast each morning ☆ Appears to be Safe

Great little store across the street. Got 25 credit every night for snacks, which was so nice. Staff were all amazing!!!

All staff were so kind and helpful. Front desk, breakfast, bartenders - all just so kind and went above and beyond. Excellent stay!!!
