Assistant General manager “J” took a guest call while l was near the desk. When he hung up he complained about stupid people asking stupid questions all interspersed with profanity. Not great..

Nice Hotel

Convenient to airpot

We had an early flight Shuttle didn't start until 4:10 cutting it a little close we went down at 3:50 and the driver was ready to go early.

Airport shuttle was nice

Very disappointed in the breakfast. When we went down for breakfast at 8:30, there were no eggs, bacon, bread and only a couple of yogurts. There were about 10 people there waiting for more food while someone was standing in the kitchen talking on their phone. We left and ate at McDonalds to prevent being late to our meeting. Very Disappointed.

Clean and quiet. Close to airport

We used this hotel for its location to the airport and the free shuttle service. We didn’t know until we checked in that the shuttle only ran until 11:30pm so we had to spend extra money to uber back to the hotel. It would have be nice to know the shuttle hours so we could have made other reservations. Part of the cost of the room we figured would offset with free shuttle service.

Easily accessible, very clean, and friendly staff

The shower door was very hard to close, and when you did get it to move, it made a horrible noise. The fire alarm went off at 5:30 am on Sunday morning, and rang for more than a couple of minutes. There was no fire!

The showers should have a bar to help support people. The tub was slick and a bar would have been very helpful and reassuring. The check-in was lengthy. I don't know if a new person was on duty or what, but she was slow, disinterested and not good. Another woman was helping her and she was fabulous.

Nice stay. Quiet. Would stay here again.

I called this hotel and talked with someone at the front desk letting them know that I would definitely be a very late check in, possibly as late as 6 am the following morning. They promised me that it would not be a problem and that they had put it in the computer letting others know not to cancel my reservation. When I got there they had canceled my reservation
