Hotel con facil acceso desde y hacia aeroparque. Zona tranquila y linda para caminar. El hotel esta muy bien con excepción de los ascensores. Son viejos y pequeños. Habia uno que dejaba de funcionar seguido Por lo demas, muy buena opcion costo-beneficio

Excellent place, elegant, clean, very friendly staff

It was a big disappointment. One of the reasons to choose the hotel was the location as we were visiting family and the hotel was close to our family. Pictures looked fine, but the reality was really bad. Rooms were dirty, breakfast was bad.

Good value for the money in a prime location

I stayed 3+3+10 nights. Comments from employee “ in this hotel they improve/repair anything, because all the owner cares is to make more money”, another one “There was an upset customer, so we gave him the room assigned to you”. First 6 nights I paid for a double room & the other 10 for a deluxe room and they gave me the same type of room. I will give this hotel 2 1/2 stars at the most. Weak internet, very basic breakfast, awful windows - not sound proof and you could feel the cold air going through all day, no sleepers, nor robes in the room; no coffee machine in the room. They don't offer room service; TV channels only in Spanish. Check in is at 03:00 pm, but I didn’t get my room until 06:00 pm. Twice my room was not clean and it was 05:30 pm. Twice between 06:00 - 08:00 pm there was no employee at the front desk for around 20 minutes, which meant that anyone could walk into the hotel (big security gap). The elevator is old and tiny, most people have to take the stairs up to 9 floors. There are plenty of options in Buenos Aires, this is the worst!

Everything was quite fine for the purpose of my stay. At first I was given a very noisy room, which was immediately changed for a much quiet one on an upper floor. Thank you Enzo. Sheets and towels definitely need an upgrade.

Very nice area

Its a great experience overall, they even have foreign exchange (money). Its a very safe and fancy neighbourhood, there are a lot of shops and restaurants at a walking distance.

Uno de los colchones muy malo, almohadas fatales, toallas con pedazos transparentes y no las cambiaban, solo dejaban 1 rollo de papel del baño y éramos 4, no tenía amenidades, como agua, café, crema corporal, etc… los AC no funcionaban y un control sin tapada y se caía la pila (no lo cambiaron ) nos dieron una habitación con olor a pintura fresca y tuvimos que decir que nos cambien, no tenían aparato para tomar la presión (primeros auxilios ) el elevador en varias ocasiones no funcionaba. Un hotel caro para lo que ofrecen, lo único bueno es la ubicación. Las fotos estas muy bonitas para lo que es.

Buena ubicación. La atención de los chicos de la recepción 10/10. Lo único es el ruido en habitaciones que están cerca del elevador.

The elevators are small, old and slow. We were on the 8th floor and sometimes we had to go up and down the stairs because the elevator never came. The room is OK. The wifi is bad. The TVs cannot connect to the internet and they don't have a clue how to fix it. I asked for an iron and a board the they I checked in, 3 days later I got it after 4 calls to the front desk and also in person.

The hotel is noisy, walls are not well insulated and you can hear everything from the inside and outside.

Super bien ubicado

Great stay, missing just a few amenities that I would liked. No iron/board, in room coffee service, and no laundry service available. Aside from that, very nice property and staff.
