Housekeeping needs some training, when I pay $285.00 per night I expect the bed to be made, garbage emptied, fresh towels and the bathroom cleaned. Spent 4 days there and it was really hit and miss and never did get fresh towels or the bathroom cleaned. They did offer a good selection of items on the breakfast bar.

Honestly the only thing I truly liked was how welcoming the staff lady was during checking in. Apart from that the room felt like I was staying at a very cheap motel.

We stayed here for a 12th birthday and the kids had a great time. Highly recommend the loft room, pool, and games room! Easily walkable to the mall, movie theatre, and numerous restaurants and coffee shops. Breakfast in the morning was delicious too!

We were shocked when we entered the hotel it felt like something out of psycho. There was no lift to get our luggage to the room. We walked through a dark and dingy conference hall to reach a door upstairs. The carpet on the stairs was filthy and stained. There was a very sickly plug in air freshener at the bottom of the stairs. At the top of the stairs we had another door which had a ramp with hazard tape to lower us down to the floor. The rooms on this floor all had a step up in to them!!!!! The room was dark, very outdated, ripped curtains, basically shabby. I have no idea how other people have rated this a good hotel it is 2 • at best

I liked the breakfast atmosphere and options. Room felt a little damp, the bathroom sink drain was slow. Gym should be open earlier, I had to ask for it to be opened earlier each day Staff was friendly.

Property is very tired. AC and bathroom fan were very noisy. Breakfast was just so-so

Complimentary breakfast was better than most, we will for sure stay here again.

Decently located based on everything we wanted to do in PEI. Not the most up to date hotel but fine for what we needed. Breakfast was helpful but not the best I've ever had.

Excellent location easy to get to staff was very helpful and nice, I thought the morning dining staff could have been nicer made you feel rushed even though we had an hour until close other then that would definitely recommend

Our room was assigned upstairs with no elevator. We are seniors that have to climb their stairs. Air in this section of the hallway is stuffy. The world part is the step just outside of our door step. It is a major fault in each of the room in this section. I almost got my ankle injure when I forgot the step just outside my room. Never I stayed in a hotel this unsafe!!! Will never stay there again.

Staff were excellent and accommodating when one of our travelers had a delayed. Rooms are clean and the beds were very comfortable. Most definitely would stay here again. It’s and older property that is well maintained.
