Ya está muy viejo el Hotel

Disfrute mucho la estancia en este hotel, el service al cliente Marcelo’s

AL LLEGAR, LA TAZA DEL BAÑO ESTABA HECHA UN ASCO, NOS CAMBIARON ENSEGUIDA DE HABITACION, SIN EMBARGO YA LA IMAGEN QUE TENIA DEL HOTEL CAMBI´Ó RADICALMENTE.

I've been staying in this hotel for years, the staff is friendly, the restaurant is ok and the rooms/bathrooms are wheelchair accessible. The perfect place to stay if you have a hospital visit in the south of cdmx

Good hotel

El hotel se está cayendo a pedazos. Nunca hubo servicio telefónico. Focos fundidos y puertas que rechinan. Las cortinas no se pueden abrir. Es lamentable, ya que la ubicación es excelente

En la habitación no se sentia frio el clima

Muy mala idea reservar ese hotel, falta de limpieza, las sabanas rotas con huecos, el aire de la habitación no funcionaba, y los empleados no le buscan solución a los problemas, fue en total un desastre, creo que hay muy mala administración, es una lástima porque las habitaciones son espaciosas
