We had a pleasant stay, the hotel was very clean, the room was comfortable, the staff was very friendly, and the buffet was delicious

The property is in urgent need of renovations, their personnel is great and does the best they can but they even looked ashamed for the conditions of the facility itself and even worst they used to have a great restaurant with an abundant and good quality buffet, now it awful. The personnel needs support from management and owners URGENTLY!!!!!

I found a huge cockroach in the bathroom. Although room seemed clean that was a problem it was alive and very very big the size of my thumb. Also staff was rude. They dont like third party reservations.

A good place to stay Most of the other hotels have a small size room with only queen mattress… Casa Grande hotel has a good choice size matress

We as a Family decide where to stay when we go to Chihuahua and this hotel we felt comfortable with, till last time. The room we got was looking dirty, old, missing a few things compared with other room from the past. Beds were ok but one of them on second night my mother found a small animal, we couldn’t tell what it was but bit my 10 y/o daughter, fortunately no reactions after that. Told front desk and they gave us a little better room to door next and we had to move everything.
