I recently stayed at the Clarion Hotel in Guatemala City after extending my trip due to a medical situation. While the hotel itself has decent facilities, my experience with the front desk staff was disappointing.
• They were not able to accommodate my booking properly, which made the stay more stressful than it needed to be.
• The reception staff came across as dismissive and at times rude, which set a negative tone.
• Upon checkout, I experienced the same lack of courtesy.
