The Hotel was great buy we were told by some residents that the area has many homeless that can be quite aggressive. Our room was lovely. The hallways were a little tired.

The property was very welcoming of us and our quiet dog. The dining at the Westin was especially good when you have a family and young kids.

We had a king on the 9th floor. Silky bright white bedding, fun purple chair and high end bathroom! The shower pressure was amazing! Definitely stay here. Very helpful efficient staff.

We were here for the kids provincial swim meets. We stayed for 6 days 5 nights, all of us got sick on the 2nd days until the last. 1. smell of weeds on the first day already downgraded the hotel and cleanliness; 2. a/c is noisy and felt not clean; 3. coffee machine is dirty and not cleaned; 4. coffee cream were bitten like a mouse had done it (2 x cream); 5. no bottle water; 6. toilet fan is very noisy; 7 tub water drain is not good; Overall, our stay is poor and will not return again. I truly not recommend or book again with same brand in future.

Its always a pleasure staying there, saw that security was walking around the parking lot at night.

I wish they had better parking for our truck and trailer. I did call ahead of time and they assured me there was lots of room. However, when we got there, we had to make up our own parking spot. I was also surprised that I had to pay for hotel coffee down in the lobby.

Both restaurants on site were wonderful! Great flavours and awesome hospitality! Free downtown parkade parking!

I was thrilled to see my name on special guest of the day I didn’t know that was a thing. Made my day. Winston’s restaurant dinner was delicious the waitress was great. Breakfast was ok dinner much better. The bed was comfy honestly best sleep in a long time. Rooms were a bit dated. All staff was friendly

The hotel is awesome and we have and will use it again. It is clean and the staff are always great. Didnt feel comfortable walking around the area outside there were alot of drug addicts around.Didnt feel safe
