Very good staff,clean rooms , only issue was that bar was not open very often,restarant also never seemed to be open after breakfast .its a good walk to underground from the hotel and nearest area to have a drink or food is approx 25 mins awsy.

It was a nice place to stay

Average hotel in a convenient part of town, on the same subway line (U4) for all Oktoberfest festivities. Hotel looks a bit beat up and could use some renovations. Room was comfortable. Bathroom was clean.

Overall good. The room was a little small. Otherwise no problems at all.

We checked in about 2100 and the front desk clerk was just not the friendliest as what you would expect from a hospitality service. She didn't provide any information regarding breakfast, or the restaurant facilities, or about parking or anything really. Just gave us the room card and that was it. The food options at the restaurant was poor. Just a few options for a pizza which I'm pretty sure was not fresh, but pulled from a box. The hotel room was very nice and clean and plenty of parking spaces were available in the garage for a cost of 15 euros. Would have like to have a few more amenities in the hotel room, like, lotions, shower cap, etc. The location of the hotel is also nice. The clerk in the morning was very friendly and courteous. I would probably stay again.

Great stay. Two double beds is a great idea for a family room. Coffee machine is a nice touch. Clean and spacious, covered parking, quiet area. No issues at all!

I enjoyed their breakfast buffet; albeit pricey. The room had potential to be cleaner. Cob webs were visible in the room and hairs were obscured in the bedding upon arrival.

Very nice and clean hotel!

Impeccably clean and well taken care of hotel, very friendly staff, wide selection of food both for buffet breakfast and at the restaurant. Free street parking is easy to find. The only thing I’d like to see change is how loud the toilet flushes. I shared a room with two family members and wouldn’t want to wake anyone up by flushing too loudly.

This hotel was very clean and nice for the price. I have nothing bad to say. I love the bar on site. Parking was easy and this hotel was affordable.

Great place to stay. Very good service. Only point is need to provide more space to store luggage depending on the size of the room. We were a family of 4 in a 2 double bedroom but accordingly the storage for luggage was not sufficient

Stayed many times and the staff is second to none. Did have issues with the wifi throughout our stay. It needs to be boosted especially on the seventh floor at the end of the hall.
