Beautiful old charm hotel

The perfect location to be able to walk to everything but still very quiet. The staff were great, the hotel itself is beautiful & we loved being in the thick of it all with a nice place to retreat.

Great welcome, great location, charming building, very good breakfast, characterful and attractive room. We were a family of four and the sofabed was totally fine but not the absolute best; but everything else was excellent

Hotel was right in the heart of city center for touring and enjoying the city. Great hotel and staff accommodated our late check in, along with making arrangements for a very late dinner. You can park your car for a fee and leave it while you tour the next day without being charged an extra fee, but you need to let the hotel you require a parking space. Great value!

Excellent hotel with brilliant location in the centre of Genoa. Almost every major site is walkable from the hotel. Because of the prime location however, the hotel only provides valet parking (at a fee). Room was great, as was breakfast. We didn’t try the bar or restaurants so cannot comment. There are plenty of food options available around the hotel, and it felt very safe to walk around during the daytime and evenings.

The hotel is lovely, old world style. Wonderful location and excellent buffet breakfast. Walkable to all sites, shopping, restaurants. Wood floors in the rooms are old and a bit creaky which I heard at night from the room above as well as our own. Helpful and friendly front desk staff. I would recommend the hotel and stay again.
