It was suitable for the price but pretty shabby condition. Walls were marred, needed paint andscratched, furniture was knicked, dented, scratched, toilet was very loose felt like it was falling over. The whole room needed some TLC.

Heard footsteps all night in room above me. Walls are thin. Otherwise, no issues with the room itself.

The room was nice and clean. I had trouble sleeping on the bed. Pool was unavailable and there was no b'fast of any kind. Parking was adequate.

I believe the motel is in transition from Days Inn to Royal Inn. The bathroom had some rough areas likely attributable to renovations. But beyond that the stay was in the right place in proximity to BYU, at the right time for the right price. I could not have asked for more.

Overall, for the price, which was close to lowest in most of northern utah County. It was between average to good for the price.

Fairly decent property. Clean enough. Felt safe

The property hasn’t been upgraded since the founding of the city back a couple of centuries ago. Otherwise good quality/price and good location.

Overall, for the price, which was about the cheapest in all of northern Utah county, it was about what I was expecting. Generally, you get what you pay for, and was the case here. I don't think it's wise to gripe and compare this hotel with others that cost more. I would choose to stay here again if needed.

For the price the hotel is really good.

My wife woke up with bites and captured a bug on her pillow. We saved it and killed it in alcohol. Not an entomologist, but sure looks like a bedbug. Now trying to disinfect our belongings. Thank you Royal Inn! Also ice machine is dead and no real interest in that from the staff. Price is cheap, but you get what you pay for. I have the bug and a picture in case anyone is interested.

Very convienuent and clean!

I only stayed there 1 night but I slept like a baby!! It’s right next to BYU which was very convenient.
