nice stay, close to moda, helpful staff

The rooms were very nice and comfortable. Great pool and hot tub area. Staff was excellent with the check in process and didn't question my service dog.

ADA room was clean and plenty of space to use wheelchair. Staff was friendly and spa and pool area were clean and easily accessible.

My kids wanted to use the pool but we did not because it was very dirty, we did not stay after the first night. Staff were wonderful though! The beds were very squishy for my liking but room was clean enough

Very pleased with the property, excellent helpful staff, amenities (swimming pool & bar) and convenient dining options. Self parking was a big plus. We will make this our “go/to” place while visiting the grandchildren in Portland from now on.

We were not allowed to have the breakfast that we paid for. They said Expedia did no include the breakfast payment I made for seven rooms at $35 per room for each day. So we had to go and have breakfast outside the hotel. I want Expedia to look into this and send me a refund. Thanks

Staff were excellent. Pool and hot tub were nice. The area around the hotel is pretty dirty and issues with parking lot exposed to street traffic walking by.

Love this hotel, we stay here every year for our annual trip to the area. It is a family favorite.

Need separate parking for people just using venue.

Our tiny room was mostly clean, but the black mold in the shower was not okay. The safety lock was busted off- very unsettling. The in-room coffee maker was a huge disappointment in the morning when I discovered all pods were for tea, not even a decaffeinated coffee. The area was sketchy and all hotel parking was full. Not up to IHG standards and we definitely would never stay there again.

I enjoyed our stay with a great staff and clean facilities. Surrounding properties were not as attractive !
