A clean quiet hotel with nice staff located in downtown of the city.

Staff were very friendly.

The staff was great. Clean but it is an older hotel that is showing its age. The area around wasn’t great but near the things we can for. We would go back.

Room was fine. Bed side lamps bot working properly. Air conditioner didn’t keep a sable temperature. Very clean

We just needed a comfortable place to sleep and this worked. Crummy view (of a roof) outside our small window. TV worked well. The included breakfast was pretty good. Staff was very helpful and accommodating.

Rooms were clean. Friendly staff..parking and vehicle safety were a concern due to breakins

The outside of the property seemed a little sketchy to us and the revolving door was broken. The inside of the hotel was much better than the outside. The room was very clean, somewhat updated & bed was comfortable. Staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. We asked about walking to a restaurant, and we were told it was best not to be walking out after 9pm. We drove to another hotel on the river to have dinner. Breakfast is very average at best, but it was hot. We only needed a quick overnight stay, and we would stay here again for the convenience, comfortable room & price.

The hotel is in a decent location. They kindly let us check in 30 mins early because we drove a long way with young kids. Room had musty bad smell. Had a hard time sleeping because of it. Breakfast servers were very friendly, and hard working. Food was poor. No conditioner in bottle in shower. Not an ideal visit. Will consider other places next time we are in the Soo.

Friendly staff

Building is old, but well kept. Our unit was large and bathroom had been updated. TV picture could have been better (analog vs digital) but there was a good variety of channels.

Comfortable beds, clean rooms. Breakfast was meh. Parking was tough.

Over all it was good.. Would go back

Other then bathroom needs major upgrading we would pick this hotel again
