The check in process was quick, the staffs were not the friendliest but were really helpful and had good english. The room size was okay, although don't let the photos in the app fool you. Room was clean, housekeeping came everyday we stayed to tidy up the room (did not change the beddings) and prepared new towels. The AC was leaking, but still cold. Amenities were great, even provide hairdryers. We asked for another bottle of water, and they never failed to send us more. The location is great! It was not so crowded and noisy. The foodcourt downstairs were really awesome with so many choices of food and very convenient when you are tired of walking all day and starving.

This is my go to hotel over the last 15 years every time I’m in HK. The hotel has been refreshed since the last time I came here (around 3 years ago). Expect the same friendly warm greeting and service with clean rooms.

The check-in/out process was very fast. The rooms were clean and comfortable, cleaned daily, and fully equipped.

The hotel is situated at a great location, very convenient for public transport. It was a very comfortable stay. The staff are well-trained and efficient. Breakfast is good, and there are a few food options within the hotel premises.

Room's cleanliness is well-maintained. Bus to the airport is just across the street, which is A21. This hotel is a 5-minute walking distance from Jordan B1 MTR entrance/exit.

The room is spacious. The facilities are good. The staff cleans every day, changes the towels, and refills the water regularly.

Great hotel, near MTR Jordan, there is Foodhall in level LG so you can buy meals easily. We have a very good experience staying there.

The hotel's location is quite good, about 400 meters from Jordan Station. There are plenty of places to eat nearby, and there's a 7-Eleven right in front of the hotel. The room was very clean and spacious, comfortable especially since we had our child with us at the time. For the price, it's definitely worth it.

Booked a non-smoking room, but the toilet always reeks of cigarette smell. Exposed to secondhand smoke in the room itself. Room ventilation and design is bad too.

Artsy Hotel, the hotel design is so lovely. Edgy! The location is the best! Near Jordan MRT, Kai Kai Dessert, and many more. There's also 7-Eleven & McDonald's open 24 hours nearby. If I have a chance to visit HK again, I would love to stay at Eaton again. Also, for Hongkong hotel standards, their room is so spacious, enough for a couple of travelers.

We came very early in the morning, although we couldn't check in, the staff offered us to have refreshment at their gym and we went there for a shower 😁. Thank you! The cleanliness is also super. Their towels are very clean & the room has no smell at all. Kudos for Eaton! 😍

The hotel is strategically located, clean, friendly staff, and suitable for families. There is a food court downstairs so eating is easy.

The staff was very friendly, easy to check in and check out. You can leave your bag while waiting for your flight. Near the bus station. The room is quite small but still comfortable. Clean bathroom. Housekeeping service is so nice. Good soundproofing.
