Was close to freeway, rooms and facilities a little run down. Shower knob was missing, room smelled like pets, but was clean. Ok stay for price, if you want nice place, consider paying more somewhere else.

Worst experience out of 8 stays this year. First floor appears to be groups who don’t care about others by being loud including barking dogs. Not worth the time to bother front desk as it would escalate the matter more.

Traffic noise was horrible. Tv didn’t even drowned it out. Wanted to use the shower but didn’t dark hair all over the bottom of the shower—yuck!

Nice hotel of which I would stay again if I was in the area. Easy on off highway. Clean and good staff. Room was nice pool was nice and the food for the bfast was good. Also liked they always kept hot coffee available for the guests.

I liked the location, I stayed 3 nights on the 2nd day was told my room would be cleaned it was not I put garbage out and obtained addional towels, spiders in bathroom and elevator, floor was wet in very slow elevator brought to staff's attention they handled immediately. The staff was very courteous. Carpet floors need to be cleaned. Disappointed whirlpool was broken but understand things happen. Thank you.

The rug was filthy. The walls missing paint. The door was stuck shut from inside which a little alarming had ther been an emergency!

Our go to place in Nampa, is always wonderful.

You get what you pay for. And even that cost way to much. Even then, everything within the room is so generic, that you know every piece of furniture and and amenity is the cheapest possible corporate purchased item to be used within any 'modern' hotel these days. None of them are different. The only difference is a name. And even that doesn't mean much, as all of these hotel chains are obviously owned by the same parent company. There is nothing special here. Yet, I got to do something I've always wanted to do. Call the hotels IT support. I connect my mobile device without an issue, but the laptop, running a flavor of Arch Linux, refused to connect. So I get on the phone with IT support, and they are completely confused as to how my mobile device is connected to the network, but my laptop wasn't. The reasoning? They couldn't 'ping' the network. Which was odd, as both my laptop and mobile device had an active IP Address. They didn't help at all & told me they would open up a support ticket to 'reboot' the network. I guess that's Tier 1 hotel network support for you. Yet another one of 'corporates' decisions to spend the least amount on anything these days. I kind of felt bad for the 'IT Support' person though, as I've been in their shoes. It's just sad this support team is so under paid and under staffed. I did get a continental breakfast here, compared to the 'My Place' hotel from within the same area. This is fine!!!

Very nice facility, clean and quiet for being near the highway. Plenty of parking and the grounds were well maintained. Easy access to shopping and restaurants.
