The staff was slow about getting towels

The carpets and floor are filthy!

Friendly staff! Room was very clean! Nice stay, the only issue unaware there was a deposit at check in! But other than that great stay! Bed was extremely comfortable ! I will be staying again!

It was just OK. The Bed was comfortable. However, the inside of the commode was filthy. There were roaches in the restroom and on the kitchen counter.

The common area was in need of cleaning. The doors were stained and scarred. There were no bathroom essentials. They only had coffee and nobody in the office early morning. I would no recommend staying here.

Room was clean for the most part. The carpet was stained and the room had a strong odor like Indian food had been cooked recently. After spraying it down with Lysol it was comfortable. You will see people around that basically live there. I wasn’t aware of that and it gave apartment complex vibes more than hotel getaway vibes. Not terrible but will not return.

Unfortunately, the property didn't look anything like its advertised photos. The entire place had a strong odor of cigarettes and marijuana, even in our room. The room itself was nice and accurate. However, the sofa bed was clearly not cleaned. Also, we had no toilet paper for two days and no extra blanket, when asked repeatedly. The only reason we continued our stay was for convenience. This place is close to AUM and we had to travel back and forth frequently. We will not be staying here again.

Pool closed. Abruptly kicked out at 11 am. Website says 12pm checkout.

There was wall damaged in every room of our suite. Dirty laundry left in vanity cabinet. Grounds leading to our unit was not clean. We were on the first floor and the unit upstairs had children and they were noisy thru out the night.

This visit was not my typical stay for this brand, unit was in need of repair and updates.

The room itself was clean and comfortable. Kitchen chairs were broken and unsafe. Could not use them. The bedding was exceptional. Mr. Charles who worked evenings was very helpful and considerate. The daytime workers were not helpful at all. They stood around talking to eachother and ignored me I stayed a week and everyday i had to turn in towels to get clean ones so every day i had to deal with them. They never had towels at the desk and expected me to walk several buildings away to get 2 towels because they never let me get more than that even though I an disabled and it was more than 100 degrees. I would not recommend for vacation. Ok for regional work.

This was the worse hotel I've ever stayed in. We were just staying over night to break up the long drive to our destination. The place was dirty and sticky. They told us at check in they discounted the room (by $20) because 2 out of the 3 tv's didn't work. We stood up and ate at the bar because we didn't want to sit on any of the furniture. it felt like a film was on everything. Thankfully the beds and toliets were clean. If we hadn't had our 4 really tired kids with us we would have turned around and walked out and found another hotel. I wish I had thought to take more photos.

I got to say that the entire front desk went up above and beyond … from Lashawn to Eboni even Lisa they even tried accommodating with a clean room it just want a safe place for me . Well o didn’t feel safe I believe it’s a

Check in was a breeze and the staff was very friendly. Rooms were not your standard hotel room. They featured two bedrooms and two baths. Some random things were broken in the rooms but that is the case in most places you stay. Also fruit flies everywhere in the lobby. Overall great stay for a night.

Went to this property with my family because we were in town for a family reunion. Got to the room and it was filthy!!! The floors were covered in stains, the bed rooms has juice or something red all over almost the whole floor. The bathroom door handle was broken!! The beds had stains. The chairs and couch were filthy. Walls were filthy, door had been kicked in at some point. We were required to pay ahead of time. If i had the opportunity to sew the room before paying we would not have booked at this hotel. Upon canceling our reservation we still had to pay for the first night. I'd like a full refund because this hotel was unsuitable anyone!!
