The few good things about this hotel: fairly clean, room was a comfortable temperature, and it’s located in a good area. Now the bad things: there was no shower curtain or door on the shower, and the second I turned the shower on, water literally sprayed all over the bathroom, drenching the toilet and floor in water. Went to the front desk to ask for more towels, waited there for 5+ minutes and there wasn’t a single staff member in sight. There was no soundproofing; we could hear people walking around all night long. The room itself looked like it was put together in less than 24 hours (exposed wires with no cover plates, holes in walls, etc). Bed felt like a cardboard box. There was music playing in the common area all night that we could hear from our room?? I’ve stayed in other hotels in Montreal with similar dingy conditions for half the price.

A very expensive small hotel, no coffee in the lobby , no supplies in the room too ,or tea, providing us 2 towel, 1 small thin soap, no hair drier, very big bed in small room . The price charge is for 5 star hotel .check in late evening , check out early morning for $349 charge is not reasonable . The reception desk employee is nice though .

Love this little place!

- Still waiting for the 250 CAD deposit four days after the check out, I called but nothing happen. - Poor isolation, we can hear people in room above and people walking in the corridor. - No coffee, coffee machine or cups in rooms - Need to insist for housekeeping, towels changed once for a 7 night stay.

Special thanks to the manager and the guy at reception in the mornings...they helped me a lot while checking out and were extremely kind.

I went for the weekend with my friend and I loved the location of the hotel as it was in the centre of everything. It was also nice because there were many cafes and convenience stores located near it. The staff were super sweet and the hotel itself wasn't bad at all. The rooms were clean but the bathrooms were a little run-down, we didn't mind it though. I'd say the only other thing is we did see a bug in our room once but that's about it. I’d probably stay here again.

Beds are comfortable, rooms are spacious, clean, and modern; the building is dated and in much need of an update.

We stayed for one night at this hotel It states that it has free parking, but they only have six parking spots Had to pay $30 at a different area to park Also, the door to the hallway is very thin and you can hear everything that goes on in the hallway A lot of crashing and banging was heard in the night Was woke up several times
