Great hotel and location. Close to everything you need to see.

Location was great. Hotel was average looking. Just a basic hotel nothing special - especially the rooms. Breakfast was good but nothing extraordinary. Staff was polite but also not extraordinary. One of the front desk staff did book a dinner reservation for us which was amazing. We went to Vice Versa. Probably wouldn’t go again. Stay at the Radisson instead.

Price was great for the hotel. In a good safe area. Staff were great. Only let down was the beds

Nice, quiet and clean hotel with comfortable beds and a lovely view of the city. Water jugs are provided in each room and there are filtered water machines beside the lifts on each floor which is a helpful eco-friendly feature. I would flag that the inbuilt hair dryer unfortunately didn't work in my room. The customer service was a little bit lacking at times (i.e. one receptionist seemed annoyed at me for asking for a city brochure which is a pretty normal thing for a tourist to ask for). Hence why I didn't mention the hair dryer not working!

Ideally situated for a short walk into Gdansk centre. Warm welcome and very comfortable bed.

The suite I booked was very affordable Nd very nice. Room service was excellent and the staff were great too.

Location is great. Parking is not close so if you have a lot of luggage, getting it all to the room is not easy. The showers are terrible in design. You have almost 2/3 high meter to step into a small plastic tub. Water shoots out everywhere on to the floor. Very slippery and dangerous. Restaurant food was good. Staff was ok.

I found the hotel just ok. Reasonably priced but the room didn’t feel very clean. The tv didn’t work nor did the kettle

The staff was very pleasant and helpful and patient since I'm still learning Polish. The breakfast was also delicious. I will stay here again.

No water bottle ,no slippers ,no bathrobe in the room ,breakfast not included in the price (£30 extra for 2 people)I would expect a little bit more for 4 star hotel
