All the staff was very friendly and accommodating, and even treated us to a bottle of wine and some pastries for our anniversary

Customer service was A++. Great fromt desk staff and the coffee bar in the morning was really good!

I was surprised that I had to pay a Historical Preservation fee and wanted to know why that was not in my original payment when I made the reservation through Expedia. Nothing wrong with the property we liked it very much but this was a surprise.

This hotel is basically the best location for being in Annapolis, but it’s very tired and could use a serious cleaning and renovation…

The location was wonderful. The hotel is quaint and a lovely place to stay. I only interacted with the front desk staff but she was very kind. I’m excited to come back.

This hotel is located in the center of the historic area and 15 minute walking distance to the Naval Academy Chapel (make sure you go to the main entrance for security check and not the closest distance!). Did not need car for all the wedding venue events. The hotel is historic but in good condition.

Location is good. Valet parking and shuttle option is great.

Nice size room (#3329), clean, comfortable and quiet - everything we ask for in a hotel room! Front office staffer and valet team friendly and helpful. Hotel itself is an easy walk to all the shopping and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

I really liked the hotel and staff. The only thing I didnt like was they had a convention there that I was unaware of and we were unable to get breakfast or enjoy the restaurant area. Other than that very nice!

The property was beautiful. The historic surroundings made the placement of the hotel perfect. Many attractions, including quality shops and the harbor were within walking distance. The staff were always available willing to help. I would stay here again.

We had a lovely time, and the hotel in right in the middle of downtown. We would definitely go back.

Wonderful historic hotel with clean rooms and friendly staff. Close to Naval Academy and waterfront shops and dining (5-minute walk, tops). Also close to Maryland State House (across the street) and several other historical sites. Loved our stay, with many future stays planned as we visit our new Midshipman in the months and years to come.
