Clean, affordable and safe

Staff are welcoming and courteous, grounds are quiet and peaceful, room is clean and updated, bedding and pillows are extremely comfortable!

The air conditioning system was difficult to adjust just right.

The motel does not have a dolly to carry multiple bags and parcels into the room. This is difficult for a senior citizen to deal with.

It was sufficient, everything was average.

This hotel was immaculate! Very clean and organized. Room was quiet.

Clean, comfortable rooms in a nice building and area. The staff was great, and the price was very good. Everything comparable in the area was more expensive some, but quite a bit. Great place to stay.

Clean and bed was super big and comfortable we did not want to get up! Pool was awesome but should be heated for an inside pool!

Gym ,business and swimming pool friendly an dinner.

My family of six have stayed at this hotel multiple times over the last three years when dropping off and visiting our daughter at Vassar College. It works for us because we can walk to and from campus. The upgraded decor is nice, plumbing has issues though. The staff are nice. We don’t eat on site because there is a great diner around the corner. I will continue to stay here because it’s comfy, clean and close to campus. Please use some draino though.

good for the most part, no good selection at breakfast for a diabetic, ! bed slopped in the middle, rust areas in the shower stall, shower curtain did not protect the floor, it was bowed & short.

Toilet in the room (323) did not work. Needed to open the tank and push the float down so the tank would fill. Coffeemaker did not work.

Dirty nasty very unprofessional...environment dont look safe and the rooms stink..

Overall good stay

Housekeeping came in and took my stuff. As soon as I returned for the day I let the guy at the front know, he said that he would make a note for the day shift to look for it. Kept asking for two days. Nothing. Then the last time I spoke with the guy he gaslit me and said oh that would never happen. So basically saying I was lying. They have people living there full time. Not really a motel. Said the fitness center wasn't open till 9:00 a.m. even though the signs say 6:00 a.m.. they did let me in prior to 9:00 a.m. but they weren't real happy about it. Not much for breakfast ran out of coffee everyday.

Definitely a bit rundown. Our bathroom door would close all the way. Towels were quite flimsy. No elevator on site for upper floor. However, the place was kept very clean and complementary breakfast was decent.

We pulled into the parking lot to see a man hunched over, talking to a driver in his car. He was passing over money, then slipped something in his pocket. We tried to cancel, but they put us as a no show and refused to give a refund

Great stay

The outside building is terrible and in complete disrepair. The actual “inside” building is much better but at the moment it has a mouse problem.
