Extremely disappointing. I checked in around 10–11 PM on September, and the front desk staff (apparently named Tomy or Tony) was rude, arrogant, and completely unprofessional. I just asked if I could change from two single beds to one double bed, and he snapped at me loudly. When I asked simple questions like check-out time, breakfast, or to borrow an iron, he completely ignored me. He even snatched my ID card without saying a word. Terrible front desk attitude — impolite, disrespectful, and absolutely not up to a 4-star hotel standard. I will never stay here again and do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The room is good not spacious but it's okay, near shopping center but far from central hongkong. The breakfast was same, all day we stay in.

I chose this hotel because it is easy to go to Disneyland and easy to go to HK international airport. The price is affordable and the location is strategic, mall and supermarket downstairs, good food and restaurant around the hotel. Recommended!

Not bad, the MRT location is a bit far

Stayed 4 nights, only cleaned for 1 night, and soap and other things were not refilled. Even though I asked for it to be cleaned every day. The cleaning service also did not respect privacy, the guest was still sleeping but the room was forced open by him. Please improve the quality of service so that guests are more comfortable.

Don't hesitate to choose Panda Hotel. Although the location is a bit far from Tsim Tsa Sui (it takes about 45-60 minutes by bus or MTR), but the price, comfort, room size and bed size, win a lot. Also consider if you want to return to Indonesia with Cathay at 920 am, take bus E31 from here, it takes less time (45-60 minutes) the stop is right in front of the hotel, and only takes one ride.

Convenience stay in panda hotel.

Staff very friendly. Self check-in kiosk mulfunction during check in time. Space quite big and comfortable. Check-in time too late 1500 hours and Check-out time too early 1100 hours.

The hotel is a tall building near other tall buildings, not a tall building near small buildings as suggested in that picture. They don't do the beds everyday (they occasionally even explicitly refuse to when requested). Rooms are small. We were asked if we preferred 2 single beds or 1 big one when booking. We chose 1 big one. At the hotel, they refused to provide a room with a 1 big bed as requested unless we paid more. When calling the reception/concierge, they once kept forwarding us and hung up. The safety box kept breaking and the air conditioner started dripping oil (?) And damaged our items. They cleaned our items and moved us to another room. Steam bath unavailable the whole ~3 weeks we were there. Overpriced restaurants. Otherwise excellent. Good, free Wi-Fi. Excellent location (inside an outlet shopping center with a huge supermarket and multiple clothing stores including Adidas, New Balance, and Puma and restaurants including KFC and Pizza Hut, subway station ~10 minutes by foot) and facilities (outdoor swimming pool naturally heated to ~30º C). Would stay again.

The hotel is quite strategic above the AEON mall and everywhere you can just walk by taking the MTR even though it's a bit of a long walk.

It's very pleasant, it's not difficult to find food and shopping, breakfast at the hotel is all delicious.

The access is great, and under the hotel you can shop at the mall, it's really great.

The front desk staff of the hotel are friendly. We can store our bags before checking in and after checking out. The housekeeper will come in to clean every other day, but customers can request to change towels. Overall, very good.

We will stay again in this hotel.
