Overall the hotel was very nice. Self parking and valet parking is available but very high priced. The facility is isolated being on a point near the water so there is limited parking anywhere in the area. Other than the parking issue the facility was a great place to stay.

We had a wonderful stay at The Inn!

We had a lovely stay at the Inn at Laurel Point. The views were beautiful, room was spacious, staff were friendly, and easily walkable to the rest of downtown Victoria. Would definitely recommend!

This hotel is convenient for walking into downtown Victoria and the quiet residential suburb of James Bay. The staff were friendly and efficient. Wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

Amazing stay! First time but not definitely the last!

Overall my stay was good. I wish they would note the different wings (renovated or not) we booked laurel wing not knowing it was unrenovated/there was even a renovated option.Would highly recommend this disclose this. The unrenovated room was not up to par but not bad. We decided to go for the renovated room, which was much nicer but was slightly turned off because of the process. Staff was amazingly nice and friendly, overall very clean feeling and close to water. Not a far walk from city centre.

We really enjoyed staying there. We will definitely be back again next year. The young lady at the coffee shop went above and beyond to make sure she made my sea salt caramel latte properly to my liking as I’m not a coffee drinker. She was amazing and just the atmosphere and the view were stunning thank you.

We have stayed there many times and it’s always been wonderful.

The hotel is very comfortable, perfectly located, and has wonderful staff. The service was top notch, and the rooms were clean, roomy, and nice. Overall, very highly recommended!

Couldn’t ask for a better place to stay while in Victoria, perfect location in such a beautiful city. Well within walking distance right to Chinatown and everything in between of course; to be honest almost wish the walk was even longer as the paths along the harbour offer nothing but amazing views. Really must say if you don’t dine in at least once at their restaurant Aura you are doing yourself a disservice as their breakfast was just incredible. My wife and I look forward to visiting Victoria again in the future and when we do we wouldn’t consider staying anywhere else.

The Inn at Laurel Point was amazing. Great views and close enough to the main hub that made it an enjoyable walk, but far enough that it wasn’t loud with the traffic and pedestrians. The staff were very pleasant and provided a very comfortable experience. I would definitely stay here again!

We had an Awesome time @ The Inn! Lovely spacious room, overlooking the Harbour . The view was spectacular .Enjoyed our a.m. coffee on the balcony watching the boats coming & going.The staff were very friendly & readily available. We were also unlikely spectators of a wedding ceremony just below us ,which was cool because we were celebrating our 50th anniversary& renewed our vows along with the bride & groom! Thanks to everyone @ The Inn for making it a very special weekend!!

Our stay was everything we wound hope it would be. Quiet, cozy, relaxing and a beautiful view!

This hotel is lovely and very centrally located. We walked all over Victoria and never needed an Uber/ taxi. The staff is very welcoming and helpful. The lobby and common spaces are beautifully decorated and cold water is available in the lobby to refill water bottles. The room was luxurious and spacious. We stayed in the older Laurel section and the room was excellent. The bed is comfortable and the bathroom is spacious. I highly recommend this hotel. Someday, I hope to return to beautiful Victoria and stay here again.

Nice view from the hotel but not a great location as building work going on nearby, and very dark when walking back in the evening.
