The room was spacious and in decent condition.We booked a room with a kitchen with the intent of using it The kitchen was woefully under equipped. There were no drinking glasses, semi functioning mini fridge, a broken microwave. No toaster. There were were some dishes and cookeware, broken silverware, no dishtowels, napkins or placemats. No point in paying extra $$ for kitchen unit. Parking is very challenging, but having been in the neighborhood before we knew that.

Note that the check-in for this property is at another property a block and a half away. Limited parking an available on site so you may have to park at their other property and walk over. It’s a beachfront motel though so it’s hard to knock it!

The room was small but cute and clean and had a small cooktop, microwave and fridge. Awesome location just across the street from the beach. Loved it!! Would stay there again

The lady at check in was moody as heck. The bathroom window wouldnt lock and the carpet is nasty

woke up with bug bits. room smelt like urine. carpet was gross. the lock on the door was damaged and we had to jiggle it in order to lock. horrible experience , especially the elk to check in all the way to pb surf , it was annoying.

Parking is almost nonexistent.

Love staying here. It’s comfortable and easy to walk everywhere when you find parking.

Very close to the beach.

Bed and room were clean but could have used extra pillows. The windows were almost impossible to close once opened. The beach was right out the door and so were some nice restaurants which was awesome.

Great spot if you are looking for easy access to everything PB. The rooms are a bit dated, but that’s not unusual for PB. I’d recommend for longer stays - I was only there for a few days so didn’t take advantage of the kitchen.

Parking and check in location is a little rough but over all a great place for the price.

No parking at the property, u have to check in at a different hotel a block away.

The bed covered the windows in the bedroom.Bathroom did not have any place put cosmetics or razor.To check in you had to walk around the corner and up the street.What they did have was a great location.

location is great. room is good size with kitchenette. pretty clean. no ice maker, no pool, no extras

Close to the beach and boardwalk. Penty of room in the suite. AC was great. The room was clean and everything worked. Logistics were lacking, not enough parking to accomodate guests, overflow parking is a few blocks away and there is no 24/7 street parking in the immediate vicinity. Had to check in and out at another property which wasn't bad but slightly confusing coming in late. Good price, good location, decent accomodations. Not a bad place if you're not expecting a 4 star resort.

Amazing location

The property is located in an ideal location; close to everything but not in the middle of the noise. The room/suite was great, the bathroom is a bit small around the sink. The check I. Was done at a different hotel, the directions could be better explained. Also, it would be helpful to have the other hotel’s phone number in the room for easy access. Will definitely stay there again.

Confusing check in, limited parking. Room was clean and modern, tv didn’t work but maintenance was on it. Location is priceless.
