I really liked the location it was very convenient. Lot's of shopping and dinning options. The staff were friendly and polite. The only thing I could say it could improve it's the water in the bathtub took a while to go down. Overall, it was a great stay !

Great to have airport parking. The air conditioning was awful on one of the hottest nights of the year. Beds were not very comfortable (old mattress).

Very dirty room, door lock was broken, noisy neighbors & we only had a half a roll of toilet paper for two people. Also the TV channels were available. Non English speaking people so even if we were to complain I’m not sure they would have understood us. Overpriced at $250.00 a night plus a $50 deposit that I have yet to see refunded to me. Do not book with this company or you will be sorry.

Place was filthy. Did not even stay. Went down the street and paid for a decent hotel. Never ever ever again

We had to wait alot to go in. And the room was not clean

The room was clean with some newer features such as the flooring and furniture. The soap and shampoo dispensers were falling off the wall, which made them difficult to use. The reason we didn’t enjoy our stay was the verty loud people back and forth outside our room for several hours in the night. It wasn't quiet until almost 1:00 am. Need to enforce sone quiet hours at this property.

Is very quiet, or maybe I was too tired, we used the room just sleep and shower, we spend all the days out .

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Was in a great location with numerous restaurants and shopping nearby. King size bed was very comfortable and internet access was great. Very nice stay for the price!! I would certainly recommend!

Ice machine didn’t work, room chairs stacked up in breezeway, chair setting outside room, people loitering in office area, charging me $100 room deposit after checking in, toilet not working properly, bathroom sink had no hot water. Have stayed there 4 times,not again.

This hotel did the trick. My wife and I needed a budget minded place to stay for the night and also needed it to be clean and safe. The fact that it was quiet was a bonus as well.

The motel was filthy, staff was terrible, unsanitary conditions, no clean linen, lack of staff, staff did not speak any English when you did find them, and they did not secure there mat in the main lobby after mopping and I had fallen. They did not even suggest I fill out an accident report or offer to accommodate my stay after staying several nights. They ask that my family not return (female manager). She stated that our family dog was urinating all over the property. That statement was untrue. The dog had one spot and one spot only to urinate. This is a FACT because the dog was on a leash when urinating and I would not let the dog urinate all over the property. She waited two weeks to say something finally “if that was the case”. She had personal problems that she disclosed to my family member and was upset when my family member chose not to befriend her due to what she disclosed. The staff should not be allowed to be at the front desk let alone a manager. She needs to take advantage of the company’s resources for dealing with her personal issues. The worst place that I ever stayed!!!

Room was nice. Hopefully the ac unit brings down the temperature from 82°

It was what I expected and I wasn't disappointed. Pros: Great price. Safe and quiet Cons: no airport shuttle, did not get enough towels, no coffee in room, had to go down to lobby to get it

Room was clean and as described. There were no big towels, only hand towels and no remote for the tv so had to turn it off manually. Random people outside on the property next door to the place but didn’t both us. This is a good option for a quick one night stay for travellers.
