One of the most affordable hotels in Lake placid. Good service and good location. It's nothing fancy but it's comfortable for a 1-2 nights stay.

Towels and bedding clean. Rest of place pretty worn out, especially the carpets. Fine for a quick stopover, but overpriced.

Expensive for average accommodations.

No breakfast available , as it was advertised, and the hot tub was out of order. Otherwise, the rooms were quiet and comfy, and it was a great location. The motel is a bit dated, but for the price, it’s a pretty solid deal

Perfect for the purpose of our stay. Rooms are outdated and what you might expect from this tier of property. Due to lack of updates, availability of working outlets and adequate temperature controls were factors in this rating. Overall, would stay again for budget friendly option. The point of coming to the area is to be outside of the hotel as much as possible anyway.

Good considering the price in the area.

The room was small for 2 queen beds but usable. Clean and comfortable otherwise. Bath had poor curtain and small black mold. Toilet was unusually low.

This facility is slightly dated, but it looks like they are in the process of upgrading. My room was clean enough, but the carpet needed freshening up. Love the balcony on the second floor. Breakfast has been discontinued. Pool was closed for repair. Staff was nice enough. Still a good value if you're not looking for a Hilton experience!

No room service for cleaning. No enough towels

A simple roadside motel with no extras. A little run down but had friendly staff. We stayed two nights and as a lower priced place, we did not expect more! Located well by the main road with a 4 min drive to town and 4 min drive to the ski jump complex, which was an amazing place to visit.

We were on a budget so the nightly price was decent for the property location. However the building and its grounds were a slight eyesore and very outdated. The pool and hot tub were broke and our room had a slight musty smell but seemed clean for the most part, it just had some minor defects and a lack of wall outlets (outdated). Despite the flaws, our beds were decently comfortable and the room was quiet.

Super convenient location, outdated everything, pool was closed. Room had no towels, window was wide open but the ac was running.

We checked in around 10pm and upon entering the room discovered 1 light worked. We had to stumble in the dark to get it on. The one over the TV and the lamp by the fridge were not working. We put our sodas in the fridge and the froze overnight. The bathroom was filthy with severe rust and water stains above the shower and toilet (we have photos). Cockroach's in the bathroom made me leave my shoes and socks on all night. When I brought the problems to the front desk, the woman just shrugged and said sorry. Almost $200 for a terrible night!!!!!!!

This place is in desperate need of an update. Very old and outdated. Staff was friendly and helpful when needed, however office is only open 7am-11pm. I came back at 11:05 to find my keycard had deactivated and I had no way to get into my room. Thankfully a friend down the road had a couch I could crash on. This was the cheapest option in town, and I didn't expect luxury...but definitely would not stay here again unless they updated the rooms, mattresses, and especially the lock systems on the doors.

I saw a roach in the bathroom

Loved this place. Os tayed last year and pool was open. Thisbyear it wasnt when I went in May. So thats why I chose it again. I mean it could use updating but staff kind and serves its purpose. I asked a late checknout cuz when to hike a high peak and came back late. They were kind to let me late check out.

Was resonably priced. Room was clean, bed was comfortable Slept as well there as I would of at places in Lake Placid charging 200+
