Easy access to metro. Good area. Stayed 7 days. Felt safe. Food prices were high in hotel restaurant compared to surrounding area restaurants. Room was modern and had space. Staff was friendly.

Very kind and welcoming staff. The area around had many spots to eat and it was easy to walk around. Generous gift on our first and last day. Great breakfast. Overall, highly recommend this hotel to stay at in Lisbon. Very comfortable

Ideal location. Near great restaurants, cafes, metro and parks. Felt very safe walking around at all hours. Not too noisy. Lovely rooftop deck. Staff were super helpful, welcoming, friendly, and patient. I would stay here again.

Excellent breakfast, comfortable room with a high-quality mattress, and a small but well-equipped gym featuring modern machines. Overall, a very pleasant and well-maintained hotel.

The hotel was wonderful! Super modern, clean, well situated and overall an awesome experience! Rooms were perfectly clean, a/c was quiet and extremely cold, which was perfect. Staff was so friendly and helpful, very respectful and always willing to support and doing it with a smile. Breakfast was top notch! Awesome selection! If you are thinking about selecting this option, go ahead! It is wonderful!!!!!

Beautiful hotel, great staff, close to the airport, pool is really small but downstairs patio area had great space for our family to relax and visit. Super comfortable and clean, modern rooms. Be aware that the toilet and showers are not private (glass enclosed but maybe not ideal for friends that prefer more privacy)

Clean and calm nice room. Convenient location.

Good location if you want the Gulbenkian and room size is fine, although the design is poor, with almost non-existent bathroom privacy - glass box toilet anyone? Food is terrible, but front of house are pretty good and try to be helpful. Waiting service is poor, with young and very inexperienced staff, and housekeeping is shockingly slow.
